Reporting a Delivery Issue

If you believe your order has not been delivered as expected, you must contact us within 14 days of placing your order.

If proof is provided within this timeframe, we will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Girigiri cannot take responsibility for parcels that are lost, delayed, or misdelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If the parcel is returned to us by the courier, we can resend it once any additional shipping costs have been paid.

If you do not want your parcel left unattended, please let us know when placing your order so we can pass instructions to the courier.

We aim to be fair and reasonable in all cases, and while we follow the above policy, we may offer a goodwill gesture at our discretion.

Free delivery is available in the UK with orders over £70.
STANDARD DELIVERY (£3.50)

EU SHIPPING (£11.50+)
Delivery times for orders sent throughout Europe could vary from country to country due to customs clearance times.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
Depending on the value of your order, there’s a chance that your parcel could be charged import duties or customs. If your parcel is subject to these charges, the person in receipt is responsible for covering said costs.
Unfortunately these charges are out of GIRIGIRI’s control, and vary depending on your location. We are unable to estimate the cost of customs or import duties, and recommend that you contact your local customs office for accurate information.
